❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A. It is highly likely that the application does not have permission to access the microphone. Please verify the following settings:
- For iOS / iPadOS: Go to Device "Settings" -> "Stanza Studio", and ensure that the "Microphone" toggle is turned ON.
- For macOS: Go to Mac "System Settings" -> "Privacy & Security" -> "Microphone", and ensure "Stanza Studio" is toggled ON.
After updating the permissions, please force quit and restart the application.
A. Due to the wireless nature of Bluetooth, a hardware communication latency of "approx. 100ms to 300ms" inevitably occurs before the audio is received and outputted.
This is a physical hardware limitation that cannot be resolved in-app, even though our scheduling timers are highly accurate. For precise rhythm training, we highly recommend using your device's built-in speaker or wired headphones/earphones.
A. For audio files, standard formats such as `.mp3`, `.wav`, `.m4a`, and `.aac` are supported.
Additionally, if you import video files such as `.mp4`, `.mov`, or `.m4v`, the app will automatically extract the audio track and load it directly into the player. You can easily strip the audio and practice with pitch/speed adjustments.
* Note: DRM-protected files (e.g. tracks downloaded via subscription services like Apple Music) cannot be imported due to copyright and technical limitations.
A. Yes, you can. Stanza Studio is a one-time purchase. As long as you are logged into the same Apple ID, you can download it on any compatible macOS or iOS/iPadOS device at no extra charge.
Open the App Store on your other device, check your "Purchased" history or search the store, and redownload the application.
