1. 100% On-Device Processing

SubAIPlayer operates entirely offline. All screen captures, imported files (PDFs, images, videos, text files), OCR-extracted text buffers, and AI translations are computed and stored locally in volatile memory on your Mac. No data or telemetry is transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by external cloud servers or third parties.

2. Use of System Permissions (Screen Recording)

The App utilizes macOS Screen Recording permissions solely to perform optical character recognition (OCR) on user-selected screen regions within the transparent overlay window. The App does not continuously record your full screen or save video streams to persistent storage without explicit user commands.

3. Personal Information & Telemetry

We do not require user accounts, email registration, or logins. We do not integrate third-party analytics trackers, advertising identifiers, or telemetry packages into the App.

4. Support Inquiries

If you contact our support team via our contact form, your name, email address, device environment, and correspondence details will be used exclusively to address your inquiry. We never share or sell this information.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect future software enhancements or regulatory changes. Any modifications will be posted on this page.
